A Creative Community for Korean Traditional Drumming and Dance

Founded under the vision and leadership of Director Jihye Park, the Boston Pungmul Community (BPC; bopoong) is a non-profit arts organization that creates joyful, playful, and expressive experiences through the traditional Korean art of pungmul. By bringing people together in music and play, BPC fosters meaningful connections and, in doing so, contributes to Boston’s cultural diversity and community life.
